Introducing Gospel Reggae Artiste Minister Taf


Minister Taf (Tafari), born and raised in Jamaica, is a Gospel Reggae Artiste, a songwriter, and has gradually built a name for himself on the UK scene through his catchy lyrics and passion for what he does. He has not only performed locally, but also internationally. His incredible upbeat attitude and positive energy combine to make him one of the most versatile performers in the business today.

In 2016, he was interviewed by MOBO (Music of Black Origin), and won Best Gospel Reggae Act at the Praisetek Gospel Music Award. In 2017 he won best Reggae/Caribbean Sound Music Video at the Jump Release Music Video Award. In 2019, he released his debut Gospel reggae album titled “LIFE” which featured Becca Folkes, Tanesha, Andrew Bello, Fiona Yorke and Emmanuel Smith. The album was featured in the Jamaican newspaper “The Star,” and played on several local and international radio stations such as Premier Gospel radio, Salt TV (Uganda) and Love 101FM (Jamaica) to name a few. Minister Taf was also featured on Eprime on TVJ (Television Jamaica) as well as having his song “Tan A Yuh Yaad” aired on Smile Jamaica (Television Jamaica) in 2020.

He has graced the same stage with local artists, such as MOBO award winners Guvna B, Volney Morgan & New-Ye, Triple O, Lurine Cato and Isaiah Raymond & Co. International acts such as Dj Nicholas (Award Winner), Jason Mighty, Datin (USA), and “The Voice UK” semi-finalist Emmanuel Smith.
