Adjei Kelvin Karikari who is mononymously known as “Kelvin Flintstones” is a young Ghanaian hiphop musician and a songwriter. Born and bred in Madina a suburb of Accra. He is a member of “ProdigiesVille” and to date he has released sooo many spirit filled bangers which is surely serving its purpose in his ministry, impacting lives through the Holy Spirit.

Flintstones, in reference to his label as a Christian hiphop artist, has stated that his music is just good/clean hip hop, though it reflects his Christian faith. Flintstones took to writing from 14years old – writing down he’s feelings as a way escape his introvert ways Flintstones is an extremely shy person and was inspired by a senior in high school to rap.

Flintstones true lyrical journey began at age 16. Flintstones soon began experimenting, putting his lyrics to original beats, and was en route to becoming one of the most creative songwriters. He grew up in a house where radio sets and musical gadgets were never scarce and had inspirations from a lot of music played back in the days.

Flintstones grew up listening to literally all kinds of music and cites his main musical influences as John Legend, Osibisa, K.B, Marvin Gaye, Drake, Kanye West, Timbaland, Mary Mary, Kirk Franklin, Andy Mineo, Lecrae and Mali Music. With a fusion of as many genres as one can think up, Flintstones now seeks to overwhelm the profanity and immorality conveyed in most of today’s music and art with his fresh clean lyrics and God-inspired themes. Be it hip-hop, funk, soul, or high-life, Flintstones, a devout Christian, steeps a message of God, hope and love in his work.

2017 saw him release his debut project “Basking In Grace”. A six track extended playlist which features the likes of Goddey, BoiDope (R4J), Absteiner, Kriztians, Trish, Twiddle, Jesse and Kojo Kay. His latest piece is an afro piece titled “Head To Toe” and it’s making waves all over. Flintstones is here to stay, just watch out for more spirit inspired tunes.
